Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review product details and our size chart carefully before ordering, as our custom-printed items are made to order specifically for you.
We will always make it right if your order:
- Arrives with a manufacturing or print defect (peeling, cracking, misalignment, wrong graphic, leaking or damaged product)
- Was shipped as the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
- Was damaged in transit
Contact us at otrnovelties@gmail.com within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, wellness/intimate products do not need to be physically returned to qualify for a defect claim — a photo is sufficient.
